SAN PEDRO CEREMONY
Since ancient times, in the Andes Mountains, indigenous peoples have worked with a sacred plant known as San Pedro, the Echinopsis pachanoi cactus. Used for over three thousand years by cultures in Peru, Ecuador, and Bolivia, this cactus has been considered a bridge between the human world and the spiritual world.
In Andean traditions, San Pedro is seen as a master plant that opens the heart, expands perception, and allows access to deeper states of consciousness. Through guided ceremonies, it has been used for emotional healing, expanding consciousness, and reconnecting with nature and with oneself.
Today we gather in this space to honor this ancestral tradition with respect, intention, and openness, allowing this experience to invite us to expand our consciousness and explore more deeply the relationship between mind, nature, and spirit.
The purpose of the ceremony is to create a space for healing and profound mental silence, allowing you to listen to what your heart has to say. San Pedro is an entheogenic plant; it connects you and makes you deeply aware of the sacredness that dwells within you and surrounds you.
